USMA Format Tournament Rules

The first step is to print and complete the application for USMA tournament sanction (see link below) and send it with application fee to:

Once you application is approved, you will be sent the following:

1.  Complete USMA format tournament rules including a section for Frequently asked questions (FAQ's) and releases for competitors.

2.  Official Competition Division forms with complete, easy to follow instructions on how to run matches for 2,3,4,5,6,7, or 8 person fighting divisions

3.  Official Competition Division forms for forms competition

4.  Judges score sheet with complete instructions and maximum scores to be awarded for each of 4 scoring criteria for forms competition

5.  USMA sanctioned tournament report form

6.  USMA sanctioned tournament injury report form
